Unbound Digital Success School (DSS)

Effective Date: October 15, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Unbound Digital Success School (“DSS”) Affiliate Program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Affiliate Commission

  • Affiliates will receive a 70% commission on all qualified sales of the DSS Lifetime Membership made through their unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions are calculated on the net sale price (after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, or applicable taxes/fees).

  • Payments will be made via [insert payment method, e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer] on a [weekly/monthly] basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of [insert amount] is met.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to promote DSS in a professional and ethical manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Representing DSS truthfully and accurately.

  • Using only approved marketing materials unless prior written permission is granted.

  • Complying with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform guidelines.

3. Prohibited Practices

Affiliate status may be revoked immediately, without notice, if an Affiliate engages in any of the following (including but not limited to):

  • False or misleading advertising.

  • Spam marketing (including unsolicited emails, messages, or misleading tactics).

  • Offering unauthorized discounts or bonuses that misrepresent DSS pricing.

  • Non-compliant marketing practices, including inappropriate claims of guaranteed earnings.

  • Brand misrepresentation or use of DSS branding without permission.

  • Fraudulent activity of any kind.

4. Termination of Affiliate Status

  • Affiliate status is granted at the sole discretion of DSS and may be revoked at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by Doug Martone (Creator of DSS).

  • Doug Martone reserves the right to withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions if violations of these terms occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • DSS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for their marketing methods, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Independent Contractor Status

  • Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of DSS.

  • Affiliates have no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of DSS.

7. Amendments

DSS reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].

By enrolling in the DSS Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
