Master Resell Rights Agreement

This Master Resell Rights Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Doug Martone, ("Seller"), and any purchaser of the digital product titled "Start with Systeme.io" ("Product").

Grant of Rights:

License Grant: Upon purchase of the Product, Seller grants Buyer the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to resell the Product under the conditions specified herein.

Limitations on Rights: No Modifications: Buyer agrees not to modify, alter, or amend the content of the Product in any way, including but not limited to the PDF File and Video Walkthrough provided. No Free Distribution: Buyer agrees not to distribute the Product for free or as an add-on to another product. Minimum Sale Price: Buyer agrees to sell the Product for a minimum price of $29 USD per copy.

Ownership: Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination: This Agreement is effective upon purchase and shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Upon termination, Buyer shall cease all distribution and sales of the Product.

Disclaimer: The Product is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

General:

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
