Service: Systeme.io Launch SuiteProvider: Doug Martone | Unbound MarketerEffective Date: 04/01/2025

1. Overview

By purchasing this Done-For-You Systeme.io Buildout service, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Doug Martone (“Provider”). This agreement ensures clarity on timelines, deliverables, communication, and responsibilities throughout the project.

2. Scope of Work

The Provider agrees to deliver the following services:

  • Intake form review and onboarding

  • 1:1 strategy call to discuss goals, branding, and funnel layout

  • Full Systeme.io ecosystem buildout, including: Funnel creation (opt-in, sales, thank you, etc.) Basic branding (colors, fonts, logo placement) Email automation setup (if applicable)

  • Mid-project review call for feedback

  • One round of revisions

  • Final training call and walkthrough of the completed system

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, the Client agrees to:

  • Complete the intake form in full

  • Submit all requested assets (logos, images, product info, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Attend all scheduled calls

  • Provide feedback within 48 hours of receiving drafts or previews

4. Timeline

  • Project begins upon receipt of completed intake form and required assets

  • Estimated delivery: within 7 business days of project start

  • Delays in asset submission or feedback may result in extended timelines

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your build slot

  • Payment is non-refundable once the project begins

  • Accepted methods: [Stripe / PayPal / Stan Store]

  • If payment fails or is revoked, services will be paused until resolved

6. Revisions

  • One round of reasonable revisions is included in this service

  • Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges, billed separately

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel the project before submitting the intake form for a full refund

  • Once intake form is submitted and work begins, no refunds will be issued

  • If you are unable to complete your responsibilities (such as providing assets), the project will be paused and may be resumed at a later time by mutual agreement

8. Ownership & Access

  • Upon final delivery and payment, all assets created within Systeme.io are owned by the Client

  • The Provider may request access to your Systeme.io account for setup and testing purposes

  • Any logins or sensitive info shared will be handled confidentially

9. Liability

The Provider is not liable for any sales, performance, or technical issues related to third-party platforms (such as Systeme.io, Stripe, Calendly, or email providers). Results will vary based on offer quality, niche, traffic, and client execution.

10. Communication

  • All communication will occur via email or scheduled calls

11. Legal
